Continuing Education Day

After working for a period of time all EMDR therapists require protocol review and case consultation. During this 1-day workshop, participants revisit the Basic Protocol and exchange case consultations. Marshall provides case demonstrations using material from the therapists. There will be time to discuss difficult case problems, such as under-responders and over-responders, what to do when the client dissociates, and when the client is a small child. Included will be a short overview of the latest research on trauma interventions, pharmacology, and special populations.

Prerequisites:

Participants must have completed an EMDRIA Approved Basic Training in EMDR (both Part 1 and Part 2).

Note: Participants may claim this training as part of their professional mandatory continuing education requirements.
